Celebrations come in all shapes and sizes.

Weddings of course are a legal and formal Celebration, and of course my registration allows me to perform that function. I just love weddings, who doesn’t? Can you imagine any greater privilege than being actively involved in declaring and legitimizing two people madly in love with each other. It’s like being a LOVE ADDICT, and getting my fix, just fantastic.

Well not really but I have made my stand as a CELEBRANT on SEXUAL ORIENTATION and MARRIAGE.

So here it is.

I DON’T MIND IF YOU WANT TO MARRY YOUR CAT.

ALL THIS NONSENSE ABOUT WHO CAN MARRY WHO. If you tell me you love each other and you want to yell it from the rooftops or CELEBRATE it in MARRIAGE then I’m there for you.

For the lucky among us that find LOVE, it is beyond all comprehension that any living soul could ever deny any person that joy.

SO, I love same sex, other sex, no sex or sexy MARRIAGES. It is real and a whole lot of fun.

Your new arrival.

The celebration of a new life can be just so much fun and very special. First born, Adopted Child or Siblings. Many couples have had to go to great lengths to have a child. All Children are special so if you would like to celebrate that, Why not? It is a beautiful thing.

Welcome to your new home

I love doing this. It can be your first home or a change of home. For some couples, it is the first home for older couples with new partners it's the start of their journey together.

It has got very hard for many people to actually get into a home and for some people, they have worked incredibly hard to achieve this. So Celebrate this Momentous occasion with Friends and Family.

Congratulations on your success

It is a wonderful thing in life to set goals then go out and achieve them. This could be an academic qualification, a career move and or a sporting achievement. The key is, if it really means a lot to you then why not CELEBRATE that in a fun and formal way.

A really good way to do this, is to facilitate and organise a surprise get together of special people to involve and include them in your acheivement. Often there are many people along the way who have helped you reach your goals so you are acknowledging them as well

This is your life

This is the title I have chosen for a very sensitive and special Celebration. This is the Celebration of a beautiful person who is terminally Ill but still with us.

This requires really careful understanding and fantastic listening skills. It is all about empathy and consideration.

We spend all our lives trying to dodge Tax and Death, but bugger, they both get us in the end. Some of us just have shorter wicks that others. For the lovely people in this position, with full cooperation and understanding, I am able to spend time with them in really getting to know who they are and where they come from. My objective is to tell the story of a wonderful life that many have shared with them

The tangible end result is an album or storybook with scraps and photos and any special little things they deem of value. This will be presented on the day as a special occasion, with a gathering of invited friends and family in a really relaxed and easy setting of relevance. Time and memories shared together as a final and truly loving farewell. The opportunity to express true love and appreciation and say goodbye in the most beautiful way imaginable.

To me, this is the ultimate tribute we could pay to the people we love as it digs deep into our souls and brings out the love of humanity

The final frontier

FUNERALS can be many different things to many different cultures and nationalities. They are a time to reflect and pay respect. I love working with the families to make sure their explicit wishes and needs are met. The key with Funerals is that anything goes. They are a time to be sad, happy, reflective and respectful and all of the above at the same time. The passing of Life is always hard although sometimes a blessing but it is also a time to reflect on our own lives and how we are living them.

Farewell is a demonstration of love and what was. It gives us strength by being together in the sharing of a common bond of love and admiration. It is as natural as birth and my goal is to make the transition into life without the deceased person as easy to understand and accept as I possibly can. The four arrows CARE LOVE SHARE AND ACCEPT are all taken from my quiver and shot into the heavens.
